Terms and Conditions –  Om Shanti

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of massage therapy and related services (“Services”) by Om Shanti Your Business Name] (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or receiving a massage treatment with us, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

  • Please arrive at least [10] minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least [24 hours] notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee of £10.

  • No-shows may be charged the full session fee.

2. Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service either cash, BACS or Paypal.

  • Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-refundable but transferable (unless prohibited by law).

3. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications before treatment.

  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if it may be unsafe or inappropriate for the client’s condition.

  • Massage therapists are not medical doctors and do not diagnose or prescribe treatment.

4. Professional Boundaries

  • All services are strictly professional, therapeutic, and non-sexual.

  • Inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment due, and possible refusal of future service.

5. Liability

  • Clients receive therapies at their own risk.

  • Om Shanti is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or after the treatment, except as required by law.

6. Confidentiality

  • Client records and personal information are kept confidential in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

  • Information will not be shared without client consent unless required by law.

7. Minors

  • Clients under the age of [18] must have a parent/guardian present and provide written consent.

8. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. 

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.

By booking or receiving a massage treatment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
