Refund Policy – At Om Shant, we strive to provide every client with a safe, professional, and relaxing massage experience. We value your time and investment, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

Please read our refund policy carefully.

Services: All services are non-refundable once the massage session has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify your therapist within the first 15 minutes of your session. We will make every effort to adjust the treatment to meet your needs.I f you experience discomfort or feel that the service was not delivered as agreed, Om Shanti will review concerns on a case-by-case basis. Prepaid Packages & Gift massage packages and gift certificates are non-refundable. Packages and gift certificates may be transferred to another person but must be used before their expiration date. We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged 50% of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Deposits: Any deposits made to secure an appointment are non-refundable but may be applied toward a rescheduled session if proper notice is given. Special Circumstances Refunds or credits may be issued only in rare cases such as: Medical emergencies with valid documentation Therapist or business-related cancellations where a suitable reschedule cannot be arranged.
